By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide professional tattoo services, including consultations, custom artwork, and tattooing, either by appointment or as advertised. All services are subject to availability and may require booking in advance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to age verification, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Booking and Deposits

• Appointments: All tattoo sessions must be booked in advance via our website, in person, or through approved communication channels(email, Instagram).

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: You may reschedule with at least [48 hours] notice. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Pricing

I offer Full day ($1400) and Half day ($800) sessions.  The final price of a tattoo is based on size, complexity, placement, and time required.

5. Health and Safety

We follow strict hygiene and sterilization procedures in compliance with local health regulations. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving a tattoo. We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health information.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs are the intellectual property of COZY Tattoos and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without written permission. We may use photos of completed tattoos for our portfolio, website, or social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking a tattoo appointment, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved with the tattooing process, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and dissatisfaction with the final result. You agree not to hold COZY Tattoos, its artists, or staff liable for any such issues.

8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed tattoo work, deposits, or missed appointments. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
